On a microscopic scale, it is composed of individual fibres, each one like a living cell in a larger body. When these cells converge, they give rise to form, to structure. Washi\u2019s cultural significance and versatility makes it an ideal medium for exploring form and impermanence. Its historical use in both art and everyday life bridges past and present. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">FormBodyMateri<\/span><\/i><em>al<\/em><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><em>s<\/em> highlights a living material as both static and dynamic\u2014integral to the ongoing dialogue between body and environment. He works with the relationships between the body and the environment, creating dance-based performances with tools and objects. Hamada delves into the \u2018living\u2019 body as a phenomenon and its dance with materials. He holds a master\u2019s degree in philosophy and a bachelor\u2019s degree in liberal arts from Yokohama National University.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Olga Regitze Dyrl\u00f8v H\u00f8egh is a Danish scenographer and costume designer based in Copenhagen and Bergen. She works at the intersection of scenography, choreography and costume, often blending object, body and space into a moving image. Her work is an artistic and philosophical inquiry into the agency of things, in which she explores signs and systems of meaning.
