Their choreographies often arise in the tension between the everyday and the extreme, the banal and the sacred, and play with transformation as a continuous principle, both for the body and the spaces it moves through. At the core lies a desire to challenge how we sense reality. Their\u00a0works explore how queerness and the body can act as a medium and a site for revolt, ecstasy and dissolution. They hold a special interest for the DIY and the vulnerability of being in the unknown.\u00a0Beharie is interested in how the body can function as a motor for dramaturgy, a force in itself that transforms through practice.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Haralds work has received nominations for the Norwegian Critics prize for the performances\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Shine Utopians<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0with Louis Schou (2020) and the solo work\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Batty Bwoy<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0(2022).
