Sentralbadet opens in 1 year and we have some exciting news!

March makes every cell in our bodies tingle – buds burst open and we can finally see the sun again! As if this wasn’t enough this month also marks a special occasion for us. March next year, exactly one year from now, Sentralbadet Scenekunsthus will officially open. What was once a vague dream will become reality when we throw open our doors in March 2027 and welcome you all into our new home!

Western Norway’s largest newspaper, BT, visited Sentralbadet this week and was given a grand tour of the building, which is now nearing completion. They also received exclusive news about who will run the café at Sentralbadet — a secret we have been dying to share! With the opening just one year away, we can finally reveal that the amazing Lotta Olsson, the force behind the popular modern bistro Lola, will run the café at Sentralbadet together with her brilliant team and Lola’s chair of the board, Jostein Torsvik. Lotta and Lola have a strong focus on local ingredients and heart-warming food at affordable prices. Located right by the entrance at street level, the Sentralbadet café is perfectly positioned, and we firmly believe that Lola’s generous approach is a perfect match for both us and Sentralbadet.
