In Herfra er utsikten en annen Bergen Kunsthall’s Live Studio is transformed into an office landscape for fictional property developers planning the city’s next waterfront project. Paradoxically, however, the coastline is already quite full, so the office has to make do with a view of Lille Lungegårdsvann – an echo of the sea that once was. Through an attempt to map the city’s shoreline, a lost connection with the water is revealed, and how the desire for sea views and exclusivity has made it difficult to launch a rowing boat or relax by the water.
