We have finally moved into Sentralbadet Scenekunsthus!

It has been an emotional and exciting week for all of us at BIT. After 18 years without a theatre of our own, we have finally settled into our new home. With keys in hand, we were able to step together into our new life. We celebrated with strawberries and yellow kiwis at our very first team meeting in our new office at Sentralbadet. We’re absolutely delighted to soon be able to invite all of you into this incredible building — we’ve never been more ready!

The venue officially opens in March 2027. In the meantime, we’ll be getting to know the building alongside our new neighbours, Carte Blanche, and together with some of you out there…

This autumn season is, in fact, a little out of the ordinary, which is why we’ve named it TESTIVAL. As always, we’re offering top-class performing arts experiences, but this autumn under exploratory circumstances. Our new home simply needs to be broken in, just like a new pair of shoes. We want to do this together with you. The programme for our TESTIVAL is available on the programme page, and the limited number of exclusive tickets for these sneak peeks into the venue will go on sale sometime in September.
